As a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings, I have had the privilege of caring for people through every stage of life. Those experiences strengthened my passion for educating, encouraging, and empowering others to take an active role in their health.

I created MediRN to extend that mission beyond the bedside by providing trusted health, wellness, education, and consulting services. Our goal is to deliver evidence-based solutions that improve health, support informed decisions, and create better outcomes.
