Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient consultations via secure telehealth platform
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with NP certification in your state
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• For FNP role: Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• For Psych NP role: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification
• Proven experience in primary care or mental health (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

• Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or in a similar healthcare support role 
• Minimum 1 year Healthcare Remote Work Experience 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with EHR's Software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
