MediRN is a nurse-led health, wellness, education, and consulting company dedicated to helping women and men ages 40+ improve their health through personalized wellness assessments, preventive health education, coaching, and evidence-based guidance.

We support adults who want to improve their health, prevent disease, manage chronic conditions, and achieve healthier lifestyles through personalized education, wellness coaching, and nurse-led guidance.
For Organizations
We partner with health insurance companies, hospitals, physician practices, home health agencies, hospice organizations, employers, and other healthcare organizations by providing clinical consulting, utilization review, case management support, telephonic nursing, healthcare education, documentation support, and other professional nursing services.
What is the MediRN 40+ Method™?

Using this proven framework, we help clients understand their current health, create realistic wellness goals, build healthier habits, and develop a personalized plan for long-term success.
What happens during a Wellness Assessment?
During your assessment, we'll review your health history, lifestyle, wellness goals, current concerns, medications, health risk factors, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and other factors that influence your overall well-being. You'll receive personalized recommendations designed to support your health goals.
Is MediRN a medical clinic?
No. MediRN is a nurse-led health and wellness company. Our lead nurse has over 15 years of experience as a nurse in multiple specialties. Our services focus on health education, wellness coaching, disease prevention, and lifestyle improvement. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace your primary care provider or other healthcare professionals.
Do I need to have a medical condition to benefit from your services?
No. Many of our clients simply want to improve their overall health, increase their energy, reduce their risk of chronic disease, or create healthier habits before health problems develop.
Can MediRN work with my healthcare provider?
Yes. We encourage clients to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary care provider and other healthcare professionals. Our wellness services are designed to complement—not replace—your medical care.
Are appointments available virtually?
Yes. Most MediRN appointments are available virtually through our secure Healthie EHR platform, allowing you to meet with us from the comfort and privacy of your home using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Healthie provides a HIPAA-compliant experience with secure video visits, messaging, appointment scheduling, document sharing, and personalized care plans—all in one convenient place.

How much does the MediRN 40+ Method™ cost?
The standard investment is $499 for the complete 8-week program.
Is the MediRN 40+ Method™ covered by insurance?
No. MediRN services are private-pay wellness services and are generally not billed to health insurance. Payment options may be available for select programs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure electronic payment methods through our online scheduling and payment system.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities. Client information is handled with professionalism and in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality standards through an accredited EHR system.
