Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Appointments
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the appointment fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
Refunds
Because our services involve reserved appointment times, professional expertise, digital materials, and personalized preparation:
- Completed consultations are non-refundable.
- Completed wellness assessments are non-refundable.
- Digital products, downloadable materials, templates, and educational resources are non-refundable.
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Corporate consulting deposits may be non-refundable if work has begun.
If MediRN cancels an appointment and rescheduling is not possible, clients may choose either a full refund or a credit toward future services.
Packages
Unused sessions included in prepaid packages may expire according to the package terms stated at purchase.
Emergencies
We understand emergencies occur. Exceptions may be granted at MediRN’s sole discretion.
